Touriyo is not Air Canada. Touriyo's agents can handle an Air Canada ticket that Touriyo issued, and for any other Air Canada ticket they explain the rules and point you to the channel that can help.

What a Touriyo agent can do with an Air Canada booking

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do

What Touriyo can do

  • Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
  • On any other Air Canada ticket: explain Air Canada's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

  • Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Air Canada or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
  • Decide or speed up a refund: Air Canada decides and pays it.

What Air Canada publishes about tickets bought through an agency

Support page: 'If you booked via an online travel agency such as Expedia, Priceline or Flight Centre, or with a real-life travel agent, please contact them directly; they use unique booking systems that we cannot access.'
