Philippine Airlines at a glance

Philippine Airlines is an airline based in the Philippines, IATA code PR, ICAO code PAL.

This page brings together what Philippine Airlines publishes on its own website (philippineairlines.com) about changing, cancelling and refunding tickets, its baggage rules and its own contact channels for 2 countries, checked on 18 October 2026. Every rule below links to the Philippine Airlines page it comes from.

Touriyo is not Philippine Airlines. Touriyo's agents can handle a Philippine Airlines ticket that Touriyo issued, and for any other Philippine Airlines ticket they explain the rules and point you to the channel that can help.

What a Touriyo agent can do with a Philippine Airlines booking

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.
