How it works with Touriyo
- Call the Touriyo number on this page. The agent answers as Touriyo, so you always know who you are talking to.
- Tell the agent what you need. They explain what Air Canada allows on your ticket and what Touriyo charges, if anything.
- Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do
What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other Air Canada ticket: explain Air Canada's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Air Canada or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: Air Canada decides and pays it.
What Air Canada publishes about tickets bought through an agency
Support page: 'If you booked via an online travel agency such as Expedia, Priceline or Flight Centre, or with a real-life travel agent, please contact them directly; they use unique booking systems that we cannot access.' The 1-888-247-2262 line handles changes/cancellations on direct bookings only. Refund page: agency tickets 'please reach out to them directly'; Air Canada has never charged refund processing fees to customers or agencies - questions about agency fees go to the agency. Group travel is booked through 'your preferred service provider'.
