Contract of carriage: cancellation of the ticket is subject to the fare conditions and the airline's internal policies (cl. 12); for Argentina it cites ANAC RESOL-2020-329 (non-refundable fares exist, so the withdrawal right does not apply without restriction); for tickets bought in Brazil, cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if bought at least 7 days before departure (cl. 3.12.1).

Same-day withdrawal, not 24 hours: purchases made through BoA's digital channels with electronic payment can be cancelled on the day of purchase via e-com@boa.bo (at least 3 h before an international departure or 1 h before a domestic one). Brazil-specific: tickets bought in Brazil may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase when bought at least 7 days before departure (contract cl. 3.12.1). No US-style 24-hour rule is stated for US routes.

Carry-on: One free personal item on all fares (handbag, purse, briefcase, laptop/tablet, coat, camera, umbrella or walking stick; or a baby bag, folding stroller, folding wheelchair, crutches), max 45 x 35 x 20 cm on Boeing/Airbus, 20 x 30 x 25 cm on CRJ-200. Carry-on bag max 55 x 35 x 25 cm including wheels and handles (CRJ-200: 20 x 30 x 25 cm); weight by fare: 7 kg on domestic fares, 10 kg on international Economy fares, 10 or 12 kg on Business Basic, 12 kg on Business Standard/Flex. Oversize carry-on may be sent to the hold with a charge.

Checked bags: Max 158 cm (62 linear inches) per piece; pieces by fare: domestic Economy Basic none, Standard 1 x 23 kg, Flex 2 x 23 kg; international Economy Basic 2 x 23 kg, Economy Standard 2 x 23 kg, Economy Flex 3 x 23 kg, Business Basic 3 x 23 kg (South America table: 2 or 3 depending on conditions), Business Standard and Flex 4 x 23 kg. Fees: Excess-baggage page, 'airport payment on the day of departure' (net): domestic flights paid in Bolivia BOB 70 within Bolivia, BOB 150 to/from Cobija; domestic paid outside Bolivia USD 10 / USD 22; international boarding in Bolivia: to South America USD 35, to the United States USD 70, to Spain USD 90; a further table for boarding outside Bolivia exists (not fully captured; amounts in USD, EUR for Spain). Interline itineraries from the US follow the first carrier's rules.

Contract of carriage: 'The name of the passenger inserted on the Ticket is personal and non-transferable.' No name-correction procedure or fee published.

Contract of carriage cl. 5: 'Any passenger who does not show up for travel or who arrives late for boarding may change their flight date, provided that the fare paid allows it, upon payment of the penalties established'. Check-in presence required at least 1 hour before domestic flights, 2 hours within the Americas and 3 hours for Europe/Asia (cl. 3.9).
