Only real customers
Only someone who booked with Touriyo can leave a review on this site. The form asks for the booking reference and the passenger's surname, and it only opens once the booking has been issued. There is one review per booking.
What we check before publishing
A person on our team reads every review before it appears. We remove only spam, insults and personal data that people write by mistake, such as passport, card or phone numbers. We never remove or hold back a review because it is negative: a one star review is published the same way as a five star one.
What we never do
- We never pay for reviews, and we never offer discounts, points or gifts in exchange for one.
- We never ask only the customers we think are happy: when we ask, we ask everyone the same way.
- Our staff do not write reviews about Touriyo.
- We do not show a rating until there are at least five published reviews, and the rating we show is the plain average of all of them.
- We do not copy ratings from other websites onto our pages or into the data that search engines read.
Report a review
If you think a review is fake or breaks these rules, write to ventas@touriyo.com with the review and the reason. A person checks it and tells you what was decided.
