GOL Linhas Aéreas bookings: changes, cancellations and refunds with Touriyo

GOL's fare pages say 'a remarcação antes do voo estará disponível para todos, com ou sem taxa, a depender da tarifa' and that flying earlier ('antecipação de voo') is allowed at any time on the day of travel for fares that include it, through the site/app under 'Minhas viagens'. Change, cancellation and no-show charges are per segment and per passenger and apply only to GOL-operated flights.

'A passagem aérea poderá ser cancelada e reembolsada integralmente sem custo se solicitado em até 24 horas após o recebimento do comprovante de compra e desde que a compra tenha sido realizada pelo menos 7 dias antes da data de embarque.' Refund before the flight by fare - domestic: Light and Classic 'Reembolso não permitido', Flex 'Reembolso total e sem taxas'; international: Basic, Light, Classic and INSIGNIA Business Classic not refundable, Flex, Premium Economy and INSIGNIA Business Flex 'Reembolso total e sem taxas'. No fare is refundable after the flight. The boarding tax ('taxa de embarque') is refundable in all fares. Refunds may be paid as GOL credit or to the original form of payment. Rules apply to tickets issued from 14/10/2025; earlier tickets follow the previous rules.

Refundable tickets: Before the flight: domestic Flex; international Flex, Premium Economy, INSIGNIA Business Flex. Not refundable: Basic, Light, Classic, INSIGNIA Business Classic. After the flight: none.

All GOL-operated flights (Brazilian consumer rule applied by GOL): full refund at no cost if requested within 24 hours of receiving the purchase receipt and the purchase was made at least 7 days before departure.

Carry-on: 'A tarifa Basic inclui uma Bolsa ou Mochila até 10 kg. As demais tarifas, também incluem uma Mala pequena de até 12 kg.'

Checked bags: Checked allowance by fare is in the 'Bagagem despachada' tab of the baggage page. New lithium-battery rules in force from 04/05/2026: power banks and spare lithium batteries only in hand baggage.

GOL Linhas Aéreas' loyalty program is Smiles (tiers Smiles, Prata, Ouro, Diamante, Magno); corporate VoeBiz. Miles and status are managed with GOL Linhas Aéreas, not with Touriyo.
