How it works with Touriyo

Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Volaris returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Volaris or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Volaris publishes about this

Zero and Básica fares can be cancelled 'dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la compra' for domestic flights, or up to 7 days after purchase for international flights, with the refund to the original form of payment ('Confirma y recibe tu reembolso en la forma de pago original').
Plus fares can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the flight.
Group bookings: no cancellations or refunds once a full or partial payment is made.
Electronic vouchers (crédito electrónico) given as compensation are valid from receipt, cannot be extended, are non-transferable, one per single-passenger booking, and bookings paid with a voucher cannot change name or itinerary.

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Volaris or another agency issued: only the issuer can.

It depends on the fare and on Volaris' rules.
