We are an agent, not the airline
Touriyo is operated by Wayfarer E-Commerce Private Limited. We sell flights, hotels, tours and transfers that are provided by airlines, hotels and local operators. They provide the service; we arrange and issue the booking.
This means the contract for the flight itself is between you and the airline, under its conditions of carriage. Our responsibility is to book what you asked for, at the price we showed you, and to help you when something goes wrong.
Two ways to book
You can pay online, or you can ask us to call you.
If you pay online, the booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and your ticket or voucher follows by email.
If you choose "Request to book", nothing is charged and nothing is held. We call you to confirm the fare is still available and take payment. Until we have spoken and you have paid, you do not have a booking, and the price can change because airline fares move.
A request is not a booking. No seat is held and no money is taken until we speak and you pay.
Names, documents and visas
The name on the ticket must match the passport or ID you travel with, exactly. Airlines charge to correct a name and some do not allow it at all, in which case the ticket is lost. Check the spelling before you confirm.
Passports, visas, transit visas and health requirements are your responsibility. We will tell you what we know, but rules change and only the embassy or consulate of the country you are visiting can give you a binding answer. Being refused boarding for a missing visa is not refundable.
Prices, currency and taxes
We charge in Indian rupees. If you are browsing from another country we show the price converted at the day's rate so you can compare, but the amount taken is the rupee amount, and the payment screen says so before you pay.
The price you see includes taxes and fees unless the screen says otherwise. Charges that the hotel collects on arrival, such as local taxes or resort fees, are shown separately on the booking because we do not collect them.
Your card issuer may add a foreign transaction fee. That is between you and your bank and we never see it.
When a price turns out to be wrong
Fares change constantly and occasionally a price reaches us wrong. If that happens before your booking is issued, we tell you the correct price and you decide whether to go ahead. If you do not want it, you pay nothing and anything taken comes straight back.
We will not issue a ticket at a price we cannot honour and then ask you for more money afterwards.
