Avianca's own number for the United States

Checked against the airline's own pages on 18 October 2026 · all of Avianca's channels

Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We are not Avianca and we do not act on its behalf. The number on this page reaches Touriyo; Avianca's official channel is +1 786 482 6582 (source: www.avianca.com/es/sobre-nosotros/contactanos, checked 18 October 2026).

A refund is Avianca's decision and Avianca's money: Touriyo cannot promise one. A Touriyo agent reads your ticket against Avianca's published rules and tells you whether it qualifies. If Touriyo issued the ticket, we request the refund and follow it up; if you bought it elsewhere, the agent explains where and how to ask for it.

We are an independent travel agency, not the airline.

Touriyo's service fee is quoted on the call, before you pay, based on the airline's rules for your ticket, in one total with what the airline charges. It is charged only when the service is confirmed. No Touriyo fee when the airline cancelled or significantly changed your flight. The price you confirm is the price you pay.See all our service fees

How it works with Touriyo

Call with your ticket number or booking reference.
The agent checks Avianca's published refund rules for your fare, including what applies when the airline cancels or changes your flight.
If Touriyo issued the ticket, we request the refund from Avianca and follow it up. If you bought it elsewhere, the agent tells you where and how to ask for it.
Avianca decides and pays refunds on its tickets. Touriyo's fee is never deducted from a refund the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Avianca publishes about this

Avianca takes refund requests on its own website (avianca.com).

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other Avianca ticket: explain Avianca's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Avianca or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: Avianca decides and pays it.

What Avianca publishes about tickets bought through an agency

Avianca states repeatedly that tickets bought through a travel agency must be handled with the agency: refunds ('Si compraste tu tiquete en una agencia de viajes, debes gestionar el reembolso directamente con ellos'), voluntary changes on Clic Air-operated flights ('Si hiciste tu reserva por medio de una agencia de viajes, deberás ponerte en contacto con ellos para solicitar el cambio'), name corrections ('comunícate con ellos directamente para hacer tu solicitud') and group itinerary changes ('Si compraste por agencia de viajes, debes gestionar los cambios directamente con ellos'). The Colombian retracto applies to purchases in online channels including 'agencias de viajes online'. Avianca publishes a dedicated 'Línea para agencias de viaje' in Colombia: +57 01 800 0183 098. Self-service re-accommodation for airline-caused disruptions is at https://booking.avianca.com/servicing/self-reaccommodation/retrieve.

Questions people ask

Does Touriyo decide Avianca refunds?

No. Only Avianca decides and pays refunds on its tickets. A Touriyo agent checks whether your ticket qualifies under Avianca's published rules and files the request for tickets Touriyo issued.

Which Avianca tickets are refundable?

Refundable before departure: Flex, Business Flex (and Business tickets bought before 11-nov-2025). Non-refundable: Basic, Light, Classic, Business Classic (taxes of unused segments can be refunded). Checked against Avianca's own pages on 18 October 2026.

What does Touriyo charge?

Touriyo's fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, and it is charged only once the request is filed. A refund owed by the airline is never reduced by our fee.
