Change your Avianca flight with a Touriyo agent

Avianca's own number for the United States

Checked against the airline's own pages on 18 October 2026 · all of Avianca's channels

Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We are not Avianca and we do not act on its behalf. The number on this page reaches Touriyo; Avianca's official channel is +1 786 482 6582 (source: www.avianca.com/es/sobre-nosotros/contactanos, checked 18 October 2026).

If Touriyo issued your ticket, an agent reads its fare rules, quotes what Avianca charges plus Touriyo's fee in one total and changes it once you agree. If you bought it from Avianca or another agency, only they can change that ticket: the agent explains Avianca's published rules, points you to the right channel and can book a new ticket if that works out better.

Touriyo agents answer Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm US Eastern Time.

We are an independent travel agency, not the airline.

Or we call you

Touriyo's service fee is quoted on the call, before you pay, based on the airline's rules for your ticket, in one total with what the airline charges. It is charged only when the service is confirmed. No Touriyo fee when the airline cancelled or significantly changed your flight. The price you confirm is the price you pay.See all our service fees

How it works with Touriyo

Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Avianca charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from Avianca or another agency, the agent explains Avianca's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other Avianca ticket: explain Avianca's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Avianca or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: Avianca decides and pays it.

What Avianca publishes about tickets bought through an agency

Avianca states repeatedly that tickets bought through a travel agency must be handled with the agency: refunds ('Si compraste tu tiquete en una agencia de viajes, debes gestionar el reembolso directamente con ellos'), voluntary changes on Clic Air-operated flights ('Si hiciste tu reserva por medio de una agencia de viajes, deberás ponerte en contacto con ellos para solicitar el cambio'), name corrections ('comunícate con ellos directamente para hacer tu solicitud') and group itinerary changes ('Si compraste por agencia de viajes, debes gestionar los cambios directamente con ellos'). The Colombian retracto applies to purchases in online channels including 'agencias de viajes online'. Avianca publishes a dedicated 'Línea para agencias de viaje' in Colombia: +57 01 800 0183 098. Self-service re-accommodation for airline-caused disruptions is at https://booking.avianca.com/servicing/self-reaccommodation/retrieve.

Questions people ask

Can Touriyo change a ticket I bought directly from Avianca?

No. Only Avianca can change a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can change one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains Avianca's published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.

What does Avianca charge to change a ticket?

It depends on the fare. Avianca publishes: Basic / Light, Nacionales en Colombia: COP 150.000; Classic / Business Classic, Nacionales en Colombia: COP 125.000; Basic / Light, Nacionales en Ecuador y Guatemala: USD 40; Classic / Business Classic, Nacionales en Ecuador y Guatemala: USD 30; Basic / Light, Entre Centroamérica: USD 210; Classic / Business Classic, Entre Centroamérica: USD 160. Checked against Avianca's own pages on 18 October 2026.

What does Touriyo charge to change an Avianca flight?

Touriyo's fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, together with what Avianca charges. It is charged only when the change is confirmed.

Is Touriyo part of Avianca?

No. Touriyo is an independent travel agency. The number at the top of this page reaches Touriyo's agents, not Avianca. Avianca's own channels are listed on this page.
