JetBlue bookings: changes, cancellations and refunds with Touriyo

'There are no change/cancel fees on most fares, except Base fares.' Base fares (Main Base, EvenMore Base, BlueFirst Base, Mint Base) 'may be changed or cancelled for a $150 fee' per person plus fare difference. Main, EvenMore, BlueFirst and Mint fares: no change/cancel fee, fare difference may apply; Flex fares: no fee and no fare difference on same-day switches. Same-day switch and same-day standby: $100 flat fee (no fare difference) for Base and standard fares, free on Flex fares and for Mosaic members; only on the calendar day of travel (Mosaic from 24 h before), same city pair. 'Changes and cancellations must be made prior to the flight's scheduled departure time.' 'There is a $25 nonrefundable fee per person on the reservation for changing or canceling over the phone or through chat (in addition to any fees applicable to the fare).' Third-party bookings: 'Any changes made to third-party bookings by JetBlue will incur a one-time fee of $50 per ticket.' Fares table applies to bookings made from 7/30/26.

Nonrefundable fares (Base and standard): 'cancellations can be made prior to the scheduled departure. A per person cancellation fee may apply depending on the fare option selected. Any remaining balance will be in the form of a JetBlue travel credit, valid for 12 months from original ticketing date.' Fares table: Base = 'Travel credit minus fee'; Main/EvenMore/BlueFirst/Mint = 'Travel credit'; Flex = 'Refund to original payment'. Refundable (Flex) fares: cancel any time before departure for a full refund to the original form of payment (7-10 business days to a card); if not cancelled before departure the value becomes a travel credit valid 12 months. 'The only way to receive a refund is to cancel your trip.' 'Seats, bags, and extras will be refunded to the original form of payment' only if the entire booking is cancelled before departure. Involuntary: cancellation or departure moved 3+ h (domestic) / 6+ h (international), full refund to original form of payment incl. prepaid bags and seats; automatic refund if no action within 7 days. Colombia point of sale: 'Ticket Rescind' (desistimiento), refund on request at least 24 h before departure, JetBlue may retain up to 10% of the fare, not for promotional/non-refundable fares; 'Withdrawal Rights' (retracto), within 5 business days of purchase for online/phone bookings, no deductions, request before check-in.

Refundable tickets: 'For JetBlue refundable fares, cancellations are permitted any time prior to the scheduled departure for a full refund to the original form of payment.' Partially used: refund equals the one-way fare of the cancelled portion. Missed refundable flight: value converted to travel credit valid 12 months from original ticketing date. 'Name corrections are permitted.' Refundable fares not available in JetBlue Vacations packages.

Credits and vouchers: JetBlue travel credit: valid 12 months from original ticketing date; usable by anyone (name need not match) for airfare and taxes on jetblue.com or the app and the air portion of JetBlue Vacations; NOT for checked bags, same-day switches, seat fees, pets, unaccompanied-minor or service fees; cannot be transferred between accounts or merged; credits keep their original expiration when a booking paid with credit is cancelled. From early 2026 Customer Bill of Rights compensation is issued as TrueBlue points instead of travel credit.

: 'If your travel was booked seven days or more prior to the scheduled departure date, you have 24 hours from the time the booking was made to cancel your reservation without being charged a cancellation fee. The entire booking must be cancelled to qualify (not applicable for JetBlue Vacations reservations).' Customer Service Plan: 'If you book directly with JetBlue and find a lower price within 24 hours of purchasing, you can cancel under our 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation policy and receive a full refund to your original form of payment, as long as the flight was booked at least 7 days before departure.' and 'you have 24 hours from the time the booking was made to cancel your reservation without penalty and will receive a full refund to your original form of payment.' The plan wording ties the policy to booking directly with JetBlue.

Carry-on: All fares, including Main Base: 1 carry-on (max 22 x 14 x 9 in / 55.88 x 35.56 x 22.86 cm incl. wheels and handles) + 1 personal item (max 17 x 13 x 8 in / 43.2 x 33 x 20.32 cm); no weight limit for carry-ons.

Checked bags: Max 62 in (157.48 cm) and 50 lb (22.68 kg) per bag; 70 lb included bags for BlueFirst/Mint. 1st checked bag included on all transatlantic routes and on flights to/from CTG, GYE, MDE, PAP, GEO, BAQ and CLO (Cartagena, Guayaquil, Medellín, Port-au-Prince, Georgetown, Barranquilla, Cali). Fees: Domestic and most routes, Main Base/Main/Main Flex and EvenMore fares, added before check-in (24+ h before departure): 1st bag $45, 2nd $59; within 24 h of departure 1st $49, 2nd $69 (peak-season pricing may apply); 3rd+ bag $200. Transatlantic: 1st bag $75/£65/€70 and 2nd $109/£89/€99 when added 24+ h before; $85/£75/€80 and $119/£99/€109 within 24 h; 3rd+ $200/£150/€185 off-peak, $210/£160/€195 peak. Changes FAQ 'How do I update my name on my ticket?': 'For a booking error or a new legal name, modification to a customer's name is allowed in order to match the government issued ID/Passport, provided the date of birth remains the same. Corrections can only be made by one of our crewmembers via chat or phone. There isn't a fee to make name corrections on your reservation. Customers are allowed one name correction per ticket. Entire name changes (completely changing the customer's name and customer's date of birth) and ticket transfers to another person are not allowed... If you booked with a third-party agency, please contact your travel agent to make the corrections, or JetBlue can make the change with a $50 service fee.' Groups: name changes $100 per name (at least 72 h before departure), name corrections free.

'If you don't show up to the airport without changing or cancelling your flight, your fare can be forfeited.' 'If a JetBlue nonrefundable flight segment is not changed or cancelled prior to scheduled departure, all money associated with the segment is forfeited. This includes any extra or optional purchases such as EvenMore seats, extra legroom, priority security, additional bag fees, etc.' Refundable fares missed: value becomes a travel credit (12 months). 'Please note, customer cancellations (for any reason) cannot be reinstated.'
