How it works with Touriyo
- Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
- If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what JetBlue charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
- If you bought the ticket from JetBlue or another agency, the agent explains JetBlue's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
- Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.

What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that JetBlue or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: JetBlue decides and pays it.
What JetBlue publishes about tickets bought through an agency
Contact page: 'Booked through a travel agent? Reservations made through a travel agency, including online travel agencies (i.e. Priceline, Expedia, etc.), may be self-managed on jetblue.com from the Manage trips page. Please note that there will be a one-time, nonrefundable $50 per-person service fee for JetBlue assistance servicing these types reservations.
