Cancel your Viva Aerobus flight with a Touriyo agent

• T&C 3.0: a booking can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after it is created and up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure; if cancelled within that window the amount paid is refunded.
• Refunds go to the same card used; non-card payments are refunded by bank transfer or a 'Certificado de Vuelo' (flight certificate) at the passenger's choice, only when cancelled within the first 24 hours; cancellations requested less than 4 calendar days before departure are refunded only as a Certificado de Vuelo regardless of payment method; refunds are processed within 10 calendar days and only for fully paid bookings.
• After those deadlines no cancellation or refund is possible; the policy applies to all fares and combos on Viva-operated flights.
• TUA (airport fee) paid in full can be refunded up to 30 calendar days after the unused flight if no flight of the booking was used.
• Right after booking: All fares, all Viva-operated domestic and international flights: cancellation within the first 24 hours after the booking is created, provided it is at least 4 hours before departure, with refund of the amount paid (T&C 3.0). Not a US-DOT-specific statement; it is Viva's general policy.

Viva's T&Cs explicitly exclude agency, GDS, NDC, corporate, EVT, OTA and staff bookings from the self-service name correction, name change, fare upgrade and flight change benefits ('excluidas agencias, GDS, NDS, empresas, EVTs, OTAs, Staff u otros'); section 8.0 'Reservas con OTA' covers bookings made through authorised online agencies, and Viva runs separate portals 'Viva Agencias México', 'Viva Agencias Internacional' and 'Viva Agencias GDS' with their own terms.
