How it works with Touriyo

Call with your ticket number or booking reference.
The agent checks SWISS' published refund rules for your fare, including what applies when the airline cancels or changes your flight.
If Touriyo issued the ticket, we request the refund from SWISS and follow it up. If you bought it elsewhere, the agent tells you where and how to ask for it.
SWISS decides and pays refunds on its tickets. Touriyo's fee is never deducted from a refund the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other SWISS ticket: explain SWISS' published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that SWISS or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: SWISS decides and pays it.

What SWISS publishes about tickets bought through an agency

SWISS states: tickets booked via a travel agency or any other third-party portal cannot be refunded by SWISS online - 'please get in touch with them'. Change FAQ: 'please do contact your travel agent or, if you have booked your ticket directly with SWISS, your local service center'. Change page: 'Most bookings made through a travel agency can be changed online. If you need additional assistance, please contact your travel agency or our service centre.' If an agency package (hotel, car) includes the flight, SWISS recommends changing through the agency; after a change on swiss.com the agency sees the new booking but not the new e-ticket, so later changes must be done through SWISS. A corporate travel policy may require changes through the company's agency. Group fares: SWISS group desk, not the agency path.
