Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We are not Korean Air and we do not act on its behalf. The number on this page reaches Touriyo; Korean Air's official channel is 1-800-438-5000 (source: www.koreanair.com/contents/footer/customer-support/service-center?hl=en, checked 18 October 2026).

If Touriyo issued your ticket, an agent reads its fare rules, quotes what Korean Air charges plus Touriyo's fee in one total and changes it once you agree. If you bought it from Korean Air or another agency, only they can change that ticket: the agent explains Korean Air's published rules, points you to the right channel and can book a new ticket if that works out better.

Call us to book, change or cancel+1 888 576 3080

Touriyo agents answer Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm US Eastern Time.

We are an independent travel agency, not the airline.
Or we call you

Touriyo's service fee is quoted on the call, before you pay, based on the airline's rules for your ticket, in one total with what the airline charges. It is charged only when the service is confirmed. No Touriyo fee when the airline cancelled or significantly changed your flight. The price you confirm is the price you pay.See all our service fees

How it works with Touriyo

  1. Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
  2. If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Korean Air charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
  3. If you bought the ticket from Korean Air or another agency, the agent explains Korean Air's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
  4. Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do

What Touriyo can do

  • Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
  • On any other Korean Air ticket: explain Korean Air's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

  • Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Korean Air or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
  • Decide or speed up a refund: Korean Air decides and pays it.

What Korean Air publishes about tickets bought through an agency

Refund page: 'To request a refund, contact your ticketing agency within 30 days of the ticket expiration date. If you purchased your ticket from another airline or a travel agency (not Korean Air), please contact them for assistance.' Agent-submitted refunds need ID of passenger and agent plus a power of attorney. Ticket service fee applies when a ticket is purchased or changed at a service center or airport/local branch. For Asiana tickets: until 16 Dec 2026 contact Asiana or the agency; from 17 Dec 2026 Korean Air or the agency.

Korean Air publishes: Economy Saver (L,U,Q,T), international: Change: fee applied (amount not published); Refund: fee applied; Economy Standard (S,H,E,K,L,U,Q,T), international: Change: fee applied; Refund: fee applied; Economy Flex Y, international: Change: free of charge; Refund: free of charge; Economy Flex B, M, international: Change: fee applied; Refund: fee applied; Premium Standard (V,W) / Flex, international: Standard: change and refund fee applied; Flex: free of charge; Prestige Standard (D,I,R) / Plus (C) / Flex (J), international: Standard and Plus: fee applied; Flex: free of charge. What does Touriyo charge to change a Korean Air flight?

Touriyo's fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, together with what Korean Air charges. It is charged only when the change is confirmed.

Is Touriyo part of Korean Air?

No. Touriyo is an independent travel agency. The number at the top of this page reaches Touriyo's agents, not Korean Air. Korean Air's own channels are listed on this page.
