How it works with Touriyo
- Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
- The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Korean Air returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Korean Air or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
- Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do

- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Korean Air or another agency issued: only the issuer can.

What Korean Air publishes about tickets bought through an agency
Refund page: 'To request a refund, contact your ticketing agency within 30 days of the ticket expiration date. If you purchased your ticket from another airline or a travel agency (not Korean Air), please contact them for assistance.' Agent-submitted refunds need ID of passenger and agent plus a power of attorney. Ticket service fee applies when a ticket is purchased or changed at a service center or airport/local branch.
