What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other easyJet ticket: explain easyJet's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that easyJet or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: easyJet decides and pays it.
What easyJet publishes about tickets bought through an agency
'Third party bookings: if you've made your booking via a third party, please contact them directly to make any changes to your travel plans.' Disruption: 'If you have booked with a travel agent or tour operator, please speak to them directly to manage your disrupted booking', although easyJet flights can also be managed directly in Manage Bookings and Customer Services helps if the agent cannot.
