How it works with Touriyo

Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what easyJet returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from easyJet or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Cancelling within 24 hours of booking gives a full refund including bags and seats bought from easyJet, minus a cancellation fee of GBP 49 online or GBP 55 via Customer Services (Flex Pass refunded if unused).

If you do not fly you can claim back some government taxes through Customer Services within six calendar months of the departure date.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that easyJet or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: easyJet decides and pays it.

What easyJet publishes about tickets bought through an agency

'Third party bookings: if you've made your booking via a third party, please contact them directly to make any changes to your travel plans.'
