How it works with Touriyo

Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what easyJet charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from easyJet or another agency, the agent explains easyJet's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Decide or speed up a refund: easyJet decides and pays it.

What easyJet publishes about tickets bought through an agency

'Third party bookings: if you've made your booking via a third party, please contact them directly to make any changes to your travel plans.' Disruption: 'If you have booked with a travel agent or tour operator, please speak to them directly to manage your disrupted booking', although easyJet flights can also be managed directly in Manage Bookings and Customer Services helps if the agent cannot.
