- Call with your ticket number or booking reference.
- The agent checks Azul Linhas Aéreas' published refund rules for your fare, including what applies when the airline cancels or changes your flight.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, we request the refund from Azul Linhas Aéreas and follow it up. If you bought it elsewhere, the agent tells you where and how to ask for it.
