How it works with Touriyo

  1. Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
  2. The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Azul Linhas Aéreas returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
  3. If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Azul Linhas Aéreas or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
  4. Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

  • Tickets bought through agencies or partner sites must be changed or cancelled with the seller: 'A Azul não tem acesso para gerenciar reservas que não foram feitas em nossos canais diretos'.
  • Right after booking: All tickets (Brazilian 'Direito de Arrependimento' applied by Azul): change or cancellation without fees and with full refund when requested within 24 hours after receiving the purchase receipt and at least 7 days before the departure date.

What Touriyo can do

  • Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
