How it works with Touriyo
- Call with your booking reference.
- The agent reads the bag allowance of your ticket and tells you American Airlines' published fee for extra bags.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent adds the bags at American Airlines' price and sends you the receipt. Otherwise the agent tells you where American Airlines sells bags for your booking.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.
