Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do
What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other Air France ticket: explain Air France's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Air France or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: Air France decides and pays it.
What Air France publishes about tickets bought through an agency
Air France states: tickets bought through a travel agency or third-party website cannot be refunded by Air France online or by phone - 'your refund request must be submitted directly to the agency or website where you originally purchased your ticket'; 'If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, please contact them first. In the event of any difficulties, our customer service team remains at your disposal.'. Conditions of Carriage art. 14.3: refund requests go to the issuer of the ticket (carrier or accredited agent). The refund topic on every market page: 'If you would like to request a refund for a ticket or an option purchased via a travel agency or another airline, please contact them first. They have all the information necessary to process your refund.' Air France can reissue an agency-issued ticket at an Air France ticket office or by US phone bookings for a fee (USD 50 for non-full-flex, 0 for full-flex; USD 35 service fee at an Air France agency); travel agencies apply their own fees for changes, refunds and booking.

Questions people ask
Is Touriyo Air France?
No. Touriyo is an independent travel agency. The number at the top of this page reaches Touriyo's agents, not Air France. Air France's own channels are listed on this page.
How do I contact Air France directly?
Through the channels Air France publishes, listed on this page by country with the hours the airline states, checked on 18 October 2026.
Can Touriyo change or cancel an Air France ticket I bought somewhere else?
No. Only Air France, or the agency that sold the ticket, can change or cancel it. A Touriyo agent explains Air France's published rules, points you to the right channel and can book a new ticket if that works out better.
What does Touriyo charge?
To change, cancel or request a refund on a ticket Touriyo issued, the Touriyo fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, and it is charged only when the service is confirmed. Adding bags and advice by phone: no Touriyo fee.
What does Air France publish about cancelling right after booking?
US market only: the US 'Air France Customer Commitment' page says 'Customer First Program: Ticket refund within 24 hours of purchase. For flights to or from the USA only: if you booked a flight on www.airfrance.us, you can request a refund no later than 24 hours after completing your booking (together with any paid option purchased at that time).'
