- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Air France or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: Air France decides and pays it.
What Air France publishes about tickets bought through an agency
Air France states: tickets bought through a travel agency or third-party website cannot be refunded by Air France online or by phone - 'your refund request must be submitted directly to the agency or website where you originally purchased your ticket'; 'If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, please contact them first. In the event of any difficulties, our customer service team remains at your disposal.'. Conditions of Carriage art. 14.3: refund requests go to the issuer of the ticket (carrier or accredited agent). The refund topic on every market page: 'If you would like to request a refund for a ticket or an option purchased via a travel agency or another airline, please contact them first. They have all the information necessary to process your refund.'
