Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do
What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other United Airlines ticket: explain United Airlines' published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that United Airlines or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: United Airlines decides and pays it.
What United Airlines publishes about tickets bought through an agency
You may be able to change your flight with United if you made your reservation with a travel agent or another third party. However, there may be a fee in addition to the applicable change fee. We recommend checking with the third party first.' Refund policy: 'If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, your refund will be issued to the form of payment the agency used when booking your ticket. You will receive your refund directly from the travel agency. Please contact them with any questions about your refund.' Travel credits: 'What if I have a travel credit issued for a flight originally booked through a travel agency? You can still use your credit, but you'll need to do it through the travel agency you used to book the original flight.' 24-hour policy applies when 'booking it directly with United'.
