Cancel your United Airlines flight with a Touriyo agent

• Change/cancel page: 'Once confirmed, we will give you the options for a travel credit or a refund.'
• Future flight credits are issued when you cancel a non-refundable ticket or change to a cheaper flight; 'In most cases, travel credits expire one year after the date they were issued' (future flight credit = 'travel by' date; travel certificate = 'book by' date); future flight credits are normally non-transferable (same traveler).
• Basic Economy: 'If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you'll get a full refund.
