Before anything is cancelled, a Touriyo agent reads your fare rules and tells you what SATENA returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when. How it works with Touriyo
- Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
- The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what SATENA returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from SATENA or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
- Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

- Retracto (Art. 47, Ley 1480 de 2011): the passenger may withdraw within 5 business days after purchase when the ticket was bought through non-traditional channels (Contact Center and satena.com), provided the flight is not scheduled before those 5 business days end; request by e-mail to reembolsospol@satena.com citing 'DERECHO AL RETRACTO' with full name, ID number and ticket/booking number; SATENA refunds all sums paid except non-refundable taxes, fees and contributions, and the administrative fee (non-refundable per Art.

What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other SATENA ticket: explain SATENA's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that SATENA or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: SATENA decides and pays it.

Will I get my money back if I cancel a SATENA ticket?
It depends on the fare and on SATENA's rules. Can Touriyo cancel a ticket I bought directly from SATENA?
No. Only SATENA can cancel a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can cancel one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains SATENA's published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.
What does Touriyo charge to cancel?
Touriyo's fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, and it is charged only when the cancellation is done. If your fare returns nothing, the agent tells you first and you can decide not to go ahead.
