How it works with Touriyo

  1. Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
  2. If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Plus Ultra Líneas Aéreas charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.

What Touriyo cannot do

  • Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Plus Ultra Líneas Aéreas or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
