Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Philippine Airlines charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from Philippine Airlines or another agency, the agent explains Philippine Airlines' published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.
