How it works with Touriyo

Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Norwegian charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from Norwegian or another agency, the agent explains Norwegian's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other Norwegian ticket: explain Norwegian's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Norwegian or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: Norwegian decides and pays it.

What Norwegian publishes about tickets bought through an agency

The help page separates travel agents ('Are you a travel agent? Please visit Norwegian Agent / Contact Agent Support'). Conditions of Carriage 11.1.2: 'If you have purchased your ticket through a third party, please make sure that they have transferred your contact details to us' so schedule changes reach you. Fare rules: 'Certain tickets cannot be changed online - you'll need to call our Contact Centre'; phone/airport changes carry the 30 GBP service charge. No explicit statement that agency tickets must be serviced by the agency was found.
