How it works with Touriyo

  1. Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
  2. If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what LEVEL charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
  3. If you bought the ticket from LEVEL or another agency, the agent explains LEVEL's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
  4. Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do

  • Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
  • On any other LEVEL ticket: explain LEVEL's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

  • Change, cancel or refund a ticket that LEVEL or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
  • Decide or speed up a refund: LEVEL decides and pays it.

What LEVEL publishes about tickets bought through an agency

Flexibility page: 'If you made your booking through Iberia.com, a travel agency, or a third party, you must process the change directly through that channel.' No. Only LEVEL can change a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can change one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains LEVEL's published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.
