Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We are not ITA Airways and we do not act on its behalf. The number on this page reaches Touriyo; ITA Airways' official channel is +18777931717 (source: www.ita-airways.com/us/en/support/utilities/contact, checked 18 October 2026).

If Touriyo issued your ticket, an agent reads its fare rules, quotes what ITA Airways charges plus Touriyo's fee in one total and changes it once you agree. If you bought it from ITA Airways or another agency, only they can change that ticket: the agent explains ITA Airways' published rules, points you to the right channel and can book a new ticket if that works out better.

Touriyo agents answer Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm US Eastern Time.

We are an independent travel agency, not the airline.

Or we call you

Touriyo's service fee is quoted on the call, before you pay, based on the airline's rules for your ticket, in one total with what the airline charges. It is charged only when the service is confirmed. No Touriyo fee when the airline cancelled or significantly changed your flight. The price you confirm is the price you pay.See all our service fees

How it works with Touriyo

Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what ITA Airways charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from ITA Airways or another agency, the agent explains ITA Airways' published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other ITA Airways ticket: explain ITA Airways' published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that ITA Airways or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: ITA Airways decides and pays it.

What ITA Airways publishes about tickets bought through an agency

ITA states explicitly: a ticket bought through a travel agency cannot be changed online - 'you will need to contact the travel agency that issued the ticket' (Change and refund FAQ); and 'Refunds of Tickets purchased through Authorized Agents are made by the Authorized Agents directly' (General Conditions of Carriage, refunds). Cases that cannot be handled online (special assistance, unaccompanied minors, extra baggage, upgrades, part-group changes) go to the Customer Information Assistance Office or the travel agency; for those cases CIAO handles the request free of charge. Group travel requests must be submitted through a travel agency.

Questions people ask

Can Touriyo change a ticket I bought directly from ITA Airways?

What does ITA Airways charge to change a ticket?

Change travel dates online in 'Manage Flight' (website or app) with the booking reference (PNR) or ticket number and last name, only if the fare rules allow; ITA publishes no change-fee amounts. Online changes cover tickets bought online, in the app, at an ITA airport ticket office or through the Customer Information Assistance Office (CIAO), including partner-airline itineraries; the ticket number must start with 055. What does Touriyo charge to change an ITA Airways flight?

Touriyo's fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, together with what ITA Airways charges. It is charged only when the change is confirmed.

Is Touriyo part of ITA Airways?

No. Touriyo is an independent travel agency. The number at the top of this page reaches Touriyo's agents, not ITA Airways. ITA Airways' own channels are listed on this page.
