How it works with Touriyo
- Call the Touriyo number on this page. The agent answers as Touriyo, so you always know who you are talking to.
- Tell the agent what you need. They explain what British Airways allows on your ticket and what Touriyo charges, if anything.
- Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do
What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other British Airways ticket: explain British Airways' published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that British Airways or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: British Airways decides and pays it.
What British Airways publishes about tickets bought through an agency
'If you booked through a travel agent, tour operator or website other than ba.com, please get in touch with them directly if you've got any queries.' Name corrections: 'We can't change tickets they've issued.' EU/UK261 refunds: 'If you booked through a travel agent or tour operator, please contact them directly to get a refund.' Disruption letters only for direct bookings. Group requests outside the UK go through an authorised BA ticketing agent. Group API details for agency bookings are submitted to the agent.

Questions people ask
Is this number British Airways?
No. It reaches Touriyo, an independent travel agency. British Airways' own channels are listed on this page.
Why call Touriyo instead of British Airways?
One Touriyo agent explains your options, compares a change with a new ticket, books another airline if that works out better and quotes one total before you pay. Calling British Airways directly costs no agency fee.
When do Touriyo's agents answer?
Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm US Eastern Time.
