Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We are not British Airways and we do not act on its behalf. The number on this page reaches Touriyo; British Airways' official channel is 1-800-AIRWAYS 1-800-247-9297 (source: www.britishairways.com/content/en/us/information/help-and-contacts/contact-us, checked 18 October 2026).

If Touriyo issued your ticket, an agent reads its fare rules, quotes what British Airways charges plus Touriyo's fee in one total and changes it once you agree. If you bought it from British Airways or another agency, only they can change that ticket: the agent explains British Airways' published rules, points you to the right channel and can book a new ticket if that works out better.

Touriyo agents answer Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm US Eastern Time.

We are an independent travel agency, not the airline.

Or we call you

Touriyo's service fee is quoted on the call, before you pay, based on the airline's rules for your ticket, in one total with what the airline charges. It is charged only when the service is confirmed. No Touriyo fee when the airline cancelled or significantly changed your flight. The price you confirm is the price you pay.See all our service fees

How it works with Touriyo

Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what British Airways charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from British Airways or another agency, the agent explains British Airways' published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other British Airways ticket: explain British Airways' published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that British Airways or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: British Airways decides and pays it.

What British Airways publishes about tickets bought through an agency

'If you booked through a travel agent, tour operator or website other than ba.com, please get in touch with them directly if you've got any queries.' Name corrections: 'We can't change tickets they've issued.' EU/UK261 refunds: 'If you booked through a travel agent or tour operator, please contact them directly to get a refund.' Questions people ask

Can Touriyo change a ticket I bought directly from British Airways?

No. Only British Airways can change a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can change one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains British Airways' published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.

What does British Airways charge to change a ticket?

It depends on the fare. British Airways publishes: All fares, all: Per fare rules; not published as a table. Checked against British Airways' own pages on 18 October 2026.

What does Touriyo charge to change a British Airways flight?

Touriyo's fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, together with what British Airways charges. It is charged only when the change is confirmed.

Is Touriyo part of British Airways?

No. Touriyo is an independent travel agency. The number at the top of this page reaches Touriyo's agents, not British Airways. British Airways' own channels are listed on this page.
