How it works with Touriyo
- Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
- If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Avior Airlines charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
- If you bought the ticket from Avior Airlines or another agency, the agent explains Avior Airlines' published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
- Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Avior Airlines or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: Avior Airlines decides and pays it.
