How it works with Touriyo

  1. Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
  2. The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Avior Airlines returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
  3. If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Avior Airlines or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
  4. Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do

  • Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
  • On any other Avior Airlines ticket: explain Avior Airlines' published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

  • Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Avior Airlines or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
  • Decide or speed up a refund: Avior Airlines decides and pays it.

Nothing readable. The notice 'Nueva Plataforma Digital para Documentos de Viaje' (from 1 June 2026) is addressed to 'pasajeros y aliados comerciales'.
