How it works with Touriyo

Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what ANA charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from ANA or another agency, the agent explains ANA's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other ANA ticket: explain ANA's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that ANA or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: ANA decides and pays it.

What ANA publishes about tickets bought through an agency

Refund table: tickets bought from a travel agency are refunded at 'the travel agency where ticket was purchased'. Online changes are only for reservations made on the ANA website; 'Reserved as package Tours or Group Tours... reserved through a travel agency (International flights...)' cannot be changed online - contact the agency. Phone and counter purchases carry a ticketing service charge; website purchases do not.

No. Only ANA can change a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can change one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains ANA's published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.
