How it works with Touriyo
- Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
- The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what ANA returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from ANA or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
- Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.
What ANA publishes about this
- Refunds apply to ANA-issued international tickets (205-) and EMDs.
- Where to apply depends on the place of purchase: ANA website -> ANA website or ANA by phone in each country; ANA by phone -> phone in the country of purchase; ANA airport/city counter -> that counter or ANA by phone; 'Travel agency -> Travel agency where ticket was purchased'.
- Refund requests are accepted within one year and 30 days of the first flight date (or issue date if unused).
- Refundable amount before travel = total paid minus the fare's cancellation/handling fee; after partial use = total minus used sectors and fees.
- Right after booking: U.S. point of sale: 'A ticketed reservation made via the ANA website, ANA Customer Service Center or ticketing counters at US airports served by ANA may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours after the issuance of the ticket, except for reservations made within one week of departure, which may be cancelled without penalty only if permitted by applicable fare rules.' Refunds via the ANA Customer Service Center in the U.S.; expired award miles not refundable.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do
What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other ANA ticket: explain ANA's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that ANA or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: ANA decides and pays it.
What ANA publishes about tickets bought through an agency
Refund table: tickets bought from a travel agency are refunded at 'the travel agency where ticket was purchased'. Online changes are only for reservations made on the ANA website; 'Reserved as package Tours or Group Tours... reserved through a travel agency (International flights...)' cannot be changed online - contact the agency. Phone and counter purchases carry a ticketing service charge; website purchases do not.

Will I get my money back if I cancel an ANA ticket?

Can Touriyo cancel a ticket I bought directly from ANA?
No. Only ANA can cancel a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can cancel one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains ANA's published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.
What does Touriyo charge to cancel?
Touriyo's fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, and it is charged only when the cancellation is done. If your fare returns nothing, the agent tells you first and you can decide not to go ahead.
