Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We are not Air Panama and we do not act on its behalf. The number on this page reaches Touriyo.
Bag allowances and fees are set by Air Panama and depend on the route and the fare. Below is what Air Panama publishes, checked on 18 October 2026. If Touriyo issued your ticket, an agent adds the bags at Air Panama's price, with no Touriyo fee.
Touriyo agents answer Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm US Eastern Time.

How it works with Touriyo
- Call with your booking reference.
- The agent reads the bag allowance of your ticket and tells you Air Panama's published fee for extra bags.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent adds the bags at Air Panama's price and sends you the receipt. Otherwise the agent tells you where Air Panama sells bags for your booking.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.
