How it works with Touriyo
- Call with your ticket number or booking reference.
- The agent checks Air Europa's published refund rules for your fare, including what applies when the airline cancels or changes your flight.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, we request the refund from Air Europa and follow it up. If you bought it elsewhere, the agent tells you where and how to ask for it.
- Air Europa decides and pays refunds on its tickets. Touriyo's fee is never deducted from a refund the airline owes you.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

- Only FLEX families are refundable (Economy FLEX with 60 EUR/USD long haul or 30 short/medium per journey; Premium FLEX 150 EUR/175 USD up to 15 days before; Business FLEX free).
- 18 EUR refund fee on voluntary refunds. Direct-channel bookings: refund per fare conditions via Customer Service, Facebook or X; agency bookings: through the agency.
- Vouchers: refundable 12 months after issue (if refundable), request within 2 calendar months of expiry through the Call Centre.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do
What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other Air Europa ticket: explain Air Europa's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Air Europa or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: Air Europa decides and pays it.
What Air Europa publishes about tickets bought through an agency
FAQ: 'If you booked through an agency (e.g., eDreams, Gotogate, etc.), you should contact their customer service department to process the cancellation and refund of your ticket.' Changes: 'Alternatively, please contact your travel agent.' Conditions of carriage 10.1.b.iii: 'If the Ticket was purchased through an authorised Agent, the refund shall be made to that authorised Agent.' Disruption flexibility (strike FAQ): 'contact your point of sale or our Air Europa Customer Service'.
