Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We are not Air Europa and we do not act on its behalf. The number on this page reaches Touriyo; Air Europa's official channel is 1 844 386 9737 (source: www.aireuropa.com/ot/en/aea/customer-service.html, checked 18 October 2026).
If Touriyo issued your ticket, an agent reads its fare rules, quotes what Air Europa charges plus Touriyo's fee in one total and changes it once you agree. If you bought it from Air Europa or another agency, only they can change that ticket: the agent explains Air Europa's published rules, points you to the right channel and can book a new ticket if that works out better.
Touriyo agents answer Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm US Eastern Time.
We are an independent travel agency, not the airline.Or we call you
Touriyo's service fee is quoted on the call, before you pay, based on the airline's rules for your ticket, in one total with what the airline charges. It is charged only when the service is confirmed. No Touriyo fee when the airline cancelled or significantly changed your flight. The price you confirm is the price you pay.See all our service fees

How it works with Touriyo
- Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
- If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Air Europa charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
- If you bought the ticket from Air Europa or another agency, the agent explains Air Europa's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
- Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Questions people ask
Can Touriyo change a ticket I bought directly from Air Europa?
No. Only Air Europa can change a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can change one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains Air Europa's published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.
What does Air Europa charge to change a ticket?
It depends on the fare. Air Europa publishes: Economy LITE / STANDARD, long haul (Madrid-Bogot谩/Medell铆n and other transatlantic): EUR 150 EUR / 175 USD; Economy FLEX, long haul: Permitted without penalty (fare difference may apply); Economy LITE, short and medium haul: EUR 60 (100 on Tel Aviv route); Economy STANDARD, short and medium haul: EUR 45 (75 on Tel Aviv route); Premium STANDARD, long haul (Premium cabin routes): First change EUR 150 EUR / 175 USD; Business STANDARD, long haul: EUR 175 EUR / 200 USD. Checked against Air Europa's own pages on 18 October 2026.
What does Touriyo charge to change an Air Europa flight?
Touriyo's fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, together with what Air Europa charges. It is charged only when the change is confirmed.
Is Touriyo part of Air Europa?
No. Touriyo is an independent travel agency. The number at the top of this page reaches Touriyo's agents, not Air Europa. Air Europa's own channels are listed on this page.
