How it works with Touriyo
- Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
- If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Aeroméxico charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
- If you bought the ticket from Aeroméxico or another agency, the agent explains Aeroméxico's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
- Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other Aeroméxico ticket: explain Aeroméxico's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Aeroméxico or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: Aeroméxico decides and pays it.
What Aeroméxico publishes about tickets bought through an agency
The groups page separates customers who are 'not an IATA agency' from 'agencia de viajes o usuario GSO', which have their own service options. Clásica name changes are not available for tickets bought at the Brazil point of sale.
