How it works with Touriyo
- Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
- The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Aeroméxico returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Aeroméxico or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
- Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

- Flex fares: 'Cancela tu vuelo y recibe un reembolso en tu forma original de pago' for tickets bought from 21 December 2021 (tickets bought before that date were refunded as an electronic voucher/EMD); Flex tickets bought from 13 December 2021 are not refundable after a no-show, they can only be rescheduled.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do
What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other Aeroméxico ticket: explain Aeroméxico's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Aeroméxico or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: Aeroméxico decides and pays it.
What Aeroméxico publishes about tickets bought through an agency
The groups page separates customers who are 'not an IATA agency' from 'agencia de viajes o usuario GSO', which have their own service options. Clásica name changes are not available for tickets bought at the Brazil point of sale.

Will I get my money back if I cancel an Aeroméxico ticket?
