Singapore Airlines bookings: changes, cancellations and refunds with Touriyo

Fare Types page (flights operated by Singapore Airlines): Economy Lite (booking classes V,K) - change 'Not allowed'; Economy Value (Q,N) and Standard (M,H,W) - change 'Chargeable'; Economy Flexi (Y,B,E) - change 'Complimentary'. Premium Economy Lite (R) and Standard (L,P) chargeable, Flexi (S,T) complimentary. Business Lite (D) and Standard (U) chargeable, Flexi (Z,C,J) complimentary. First/Suites (F,A) complimentary. 'The amount charged for cancellation, change and no-show will vary based on your fare type (with lower costs for a higher fare type), and are subject to change without prior notice'; the full fare rules are emailed with the e-ticket. Changes are made in Manage Booking; changes for medical emergencies, flight disruptions or compassionate reasons go through the Get Help 'Change my flight' form.

Cancellation per fare type: Economy Lite, Premium Economy Lite and Business Lite 'Not allowed' (no refund); all other fare types 'Chargeable' with the amount depending on the fare type; when fare types are combined 'the most restrictive conditions apply on cancellation fees'. Cancel and refund through Manage Booking; the Get Help 'Cancel my booking for a refund' form is for medical emergencies, flight disruptions or compassionate reasons ('or if it was cancelled by SIA'). Paid seat selection is non-refundable except when the airline cannot provide the selected seat after an aircraft change. US passengers may also complain to the US DOT Aviation Consumer Protection Division.

Carry-on: Suites, First Class and Business Class: 2 pieces up to 7 kg each; Premium Economy and Economy: 1 piece up to 7 kg; each piece max 115 cm (L+W+H).

Checked bags: Weight concept (most routes): Suites/First 50 kg; Business 40 kg; Premium Economy 35 kg; Economy Flexi (Y,B,E) 30 kg, Standard (M,H,W) 30 kg, Value (Q,N) 25 kg, Lite (V,K) 25 kg. PPS Club members double the allowance; KrisFlyer Elite Gold / Star Alliance Gold +20 kg; Elite Silver +10 kg (SIA-operated flights only). To/from Canada and the USA (piece concept): Suites/First and Business 2 pieces up to 32 kg each; Premium Economy and Economy 2 pieces up to 23 kg each (PPS +2 pieces, Gold/Silver +1); each bag max 158 cm (62 in); no bag over 32 kg. Infants: 10 kg (weight) or 1 piece.
