Clic bookings: changes, cancellations and refunds with Touriyo

Depends on the fare family. Práctica: no changes before or after the flight. Cercana: changes up to 72 hours before departure with a COP 120.000 penalty plus fare difference; within 72 hours of departure, and after departure, COP 140.000 plus fare difference. Flexible: changes up to 24 hours before departure with fare difference only (no penalty); after departure COP 100.000 plus fare difference. With mixed fares in one booking the most restrictive rule applies. All fares allow flying earlier the same day at the airport (max 5 hours difference, routes with more than 3 daily frequencies, subject to load). Changes are requested with the 6-letter booking code and ticket number through Clic's service channels.

Práctica and Cercana are non-refundable. Flexible: refund up to 48 hours before the flight with a COP 90.000 penalty and no refund of the airport tax. Desistimiento does not apply to any fare. Retracto (Colombian law): only for purchases on the website and customer-service channels, within 5 business days of purchase and only when there are 5 or more days between purchase and the first flight date; requested through the PQRS form ('Devolución/ retracto'). Force majeure: a refund may be requested through the service channels, analysed by customer service, supporting documents may be required.

Refundable tickets: Refundable: Flexible only (up to 48 h before the flight, COP 90.000 penalty, airport tax not refunded). Non-refundable: Práctica, Cercana.

Clic does not publish a rule for cancelling right after booking.

Domestic Colombian airline; no 24-hour rule published. Only the 5-business-day Colombian retracto applies.

Carry-on: Included cabin bag by fare: Práctica 5 kg, Cercana 5 kg, Flexible 10 kg.

Checked bags: Included checked baggage by fare: Práctica 12 kg, Cercana 17 kg, Flexible 23 kg. Groups get 'más equipaje en cabina y bodega'.

'Corrección de datos: La corrección de error en nombre, apellidos y número de identificación no tendrá ningún costo, siempre y cuando se trate de la misma persona.' Name change to another passenger follows the restrictions of each fare family (most restrictive rule with combined fares); the FAQ says penalties apply for 'cambio de pasajero'.

After departure: Práctica no changes; Cercana change with COP 140.000 penalty plus fare difference; Flexible change with COP 100.000 penalty plus fare difference ('Cambios luego de la salida del vuelo'). No explicit statement that remaining segments are cancelled.

Clic sells these fare families, each with its own change, refund and baggage rules:

• Práctica (5 kg cabin + 12 kg hold; seat selection; no changes, no refund, no child discount)
• Cercana (5 kg cabin + 17 kg hold; 20% child discount; changes with COP 120.000/140.000 penalty; no refund)
• Flexible (10 kg cabin + 23 kg hold; 35% child discount; free changes until 24 h before; refund until 48 h before with COP 90.000 penalty)

The FAQ lists 'Agencia de Viajes afiliadas' among Clic's customer-service channels. Retracto applies only to purchases on the website and customer-service channels. Avianca's help centre states that voluntary changes on Clic Air codeshare flights booked through an agency must be requested with the agency (see AV.json).
