How it works with Touriyo

Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Clic charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from Clic or another agency, the agent explains Clic's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other Clic ticket: explain Clic's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Clic or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: Clic decides and pays it.

What Clic publishes about tickets bought through an agency

The FAQ lists 'Agencia de Viajes afiliadas' among Clic's customer-service channels. Retracto applies only to purchases on the website and customer-service channels. Avianca's help centre states that voluntary changes on Clic Air codeshare flights booked through an agency must be requested with the agency (see AV.json).

Can Touriyo change a ticket I bought directly from Clic?

No. Only Clic can change a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can change one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains Clic's published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.
