Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We are not Clic and we do not act on its behalf. The number on this page reaches Touriyo.

Before anything is cancelled, a Touriyo agent reads your fare rules and tells you what Clic returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when. If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree. If you bought it from Clic or another agency, the agent explains the rules and points you to the channel that can cancel it.

How it works with Touriyo

  1. Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
  2. The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Clic returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
  3. If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Clic or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
  4. Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Clic publishes about this

  • Pr谩ctica and Cercana are non-refundable.
  • Flexible: refund up to 48 hours before the flight with a COP 90.000 penalty and no refund of the airport tax.
  • Desistimiento does not apply to any fare.
  • Retracto (Colombian law): only for purchases on the website and customer-service channels, within 5 business days of purchase and only when there are 5 or more days between purchase and the first flight date; requested through the PQRS form ('Devoluci贸n/ retracto').
  • Right after booking: Clic does not publish a rule for cancelling right after booking. Domestic Colombian airline; no 24-hour rule published. Only the 5-business-day Colombian retracto applies.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do

What Touriyo can do

  • Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
  • On any other Clic ticket: explain Clic's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

  • Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Clic or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
  • Decide or speed up a refund: Clic decides and pays it.

What Clic publishes about tickets bought through an agency

The FAQ lists 'Agencia de Viajes afiliadas' among Clic's customer-service channels. Retracto applies only to purchases on the website and customer-service channels. Avianca's help centre states that voluntary changes on Clic Air codeshare flights booked through an agency must be requested with the agency (see AV.json).

Will I get my money back if I cancel a Clic ticket?

It depends on the fare and on Clic's rules. Clic publishes: Pr谩ctica and Cercana are non-refundable. Flexible: refund up to 48 hours before the flight with a COP 90.000 penalty and no refund of the airport tax. A Touriyo agent reads your ticket's rules before anything is cancelled.

What does Clic publish about cancelling right after booking?

Clic does not publish a rule for cancelling right after booking. Domestic Colombian airline; no 24-hour rule published. Only the 5-business-day Colombian retracto applies.

Can Touriyo cancel a ticket I bought directly from Clic?

No. Only Clic can cancel a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can cancel one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains Clic's published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.

What does Touriyo charge to cancel?

Touriyo's fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, and it is charged only when the cancellation is done. If your fare returns nothing, the agent tells you first and you can decide not to go ahead.
