Avior Airlines is an airline based in Venezuela, IATA code 9V.

Touriyo is not Avior Airlines. Touriyo's agents can handle an Avior Airlines ticket that Touriyo issued, and for any other Avior Airlines ticket they explain the rules and point you to the channel that can help.

What a Touriyo agent can do with an Avior Airlines booking

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.
