How it works with Touriyo

Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Wizz Air returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Wizz Air or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Wizz Air publishes about this

Cancel online in your WIZZ Account up to 3 hours before departure for a cancellation fee: more than 14 days before departure EUR 30-120 per passenger per flight; within 14 days a 'seat protection fee' of EUR 50-150 applies.
With WIZZ Flex there is no cancellation fee, and the refund goes to the WIZZ Account as credits that cannot be converted to cash.
Refund policy page: voluntary cancellation is refunded in WIZZ credits via the account, or to the original payment method via Live Chat or Call Centre; if Wizz Air cancels or delays the flight over 5 hours you may take credits or the original payment method (a form converts credits to cash).
Refunds are issued within 72 hours. WIZZ Discount Club benefits may be recovered from other passengers if the member cancels.

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other Wizz Air ticket: explain Wizz Air's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Wizz Air or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: Wizz Air decides and pays it.

What Wizz Air publishes about tickets bought through an agency

Wizz Air states (Contact us > 'I booked through a travel agency'): 'You have two options: Ask the travel agency to log into the account, with which the booking was made, and modify, rebook, or refund your flight on your behalf. Contact the travel agency and request the following data: Confirmation code (6-digit code); Email address; Phone; Four last digits and expiry date of the card used for payment (can be different from what you used on the third-party website). After that you may contact us and modify, rebook, or refund your reservation. Unfortunately, without this data we cannot validate the booking owner.' Wizz Air also warns that group and claim-management companies have their own claim channel.

It depends on the fare and on Wizz Air's rules.
