How it works with Touriyo

Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Wingo returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Wingo or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Wingo publishes about this

All Wingo fares and optional services are promotional and non-refundable; tickets are valid until the date and time of the flight.
Refund rights published: (1) Retracto (Colombian law) only on routes to/from Colombia bought at a distance (call center, app, web), requested within 5 business days of purchase and only when the flight is not within the next 5 business days; the administrative fee and its VAT are retained; refund within the legal term via the refund module.
(2) Desistimiento does not apply because all fares are registered as promotional.
(3) Force majeure (death or serious illness of the passenger or a close relative, with certificates): refund in a voucher valid 1 year, processed within 15 calendar days, requested before the flight or up to 10 days after.

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other Wingo ticket: explain Wingo's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Wingo or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: Wingo decides and pays it.

What Wingo publishes about tickets bought through an agency

Wingo's pages describe only direct channels (wingo.com, app, Call Center, airport ticket offices). Flex 1 'aplica para compras realizadas en nuestra página web y todos los canales de venta directos de Wingo'. The Colombian retracto applies to purchases 'por medios no tradicionales o a distancia (compras no presenciales: Call center, app y página web)'.
